All parents who have email addresses on file with the school have been sent their username and password either at the beginning of the school year or when they enrolled their child(ren) during the year. Students may also have their own username and password which allows them access to their class pages, grades, and assignments.
(Please note that these usernames and passwords will roll over into the new year if you are continuing with the school.)
If you have forgotten your username or password, once you click on the Gradelink Portal button below, please click the “Forgot Password” link. You will need to use the email address that the school has on file. If you are still unable to access the portal, please contact the school.

Financial Aid
All financial aid requests are processed through Gradelink and are due at the time your application is submitted annually. Please click on the link below to access the portal and begin your application. Then stop by the school office for an additional questionnaire that will allow you to provide additional information about your family’s needs.

Fundraisers
Tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating students at St. Pancratius Parish School. A fundraising fee of $450 is charged every year – added to the tuition at registration. Each family can offset this fee during the year by profit earned from fundraisers. Participation in all fundraisers, ShopWithScrip and EScrip profits are tracked and count toward your fundraising goal. Families who have met their fundraising goal will receive a reimbursement check up to $450.

Simply save your receipts when you shop at Lakewood Center, Los Cerritos Center, Stonewood Center or Cerritos Auto Square and you’ll earn points for your child’s school.
What Can My School Win?
Every school wins! Based on total points accumulated between September 1, 2019 and April 30, 2020, each school will receive checks, based on the following schedule:
1st Place: $10,000
2nd Place: $8,000
3rd Place: $6,000
4th Place: $4,000
5th Place: $2,000
6th – 10th Place: $1,000 each
11th – 15th Place: $800 each
16th – 20th Place: $700 each
21st – 25th Place: $600 each
26th – 30th Place: $500 each
In addition, the school with the most receipts logged each month will receive a $250 bonus prize. Based on the most dollars logged each calendar month (September through April), limit one $200 bonus prize per school.
